There’s no inner groove distortion on this pressing. It sounds really good. If you have issues you might want to use a micro line or shibata stylus.

Edited one year agoUnfortunately I have to agree with the inner groove distortion and sibilance comment for the last tracks on both sides (almost unnoticeable on the original pressing!) it would be the only flaw on otherwise stellar pressing. -
Edited 4 months agoNot my favorite Depeche Mode album but I have to it that this pressing sounds absolutely amazing! I don't think it can get any better than this. Unbelievable quality at a very fair price, as you can get this one for less than 20 euro. -
One of my favorite bands for more than 30 years :) I like these 2016 Depeche Mode reissues under the Legacy label.
Great album, great sound - assertive, detailed. The stage is wide, the balance is even. The outer envelope is made perfectly - the quality of printing and paper is at a height. The inner envelope is without antistatic, also very high quality. The disc is flat and heavy. The mass is quiet, I didn't hear any clicks. In general, the cover, disc and content are at a height of 5 out of 5. I recommend.
P.S. My reviews will be the same for the rest of the Depeche Mode albums reissued under the Legacy label in 2016.

Edited 3 years agoInteresting enough: these are pressed from the very same 2007 remastered plates, which is proven by scratched out 66035 – the original DMLP2 laquer identifier. -
My copy has humplings on leave in silence. my secret garden and the sund and the rainfall... the record brand new and unplayed... no scratches at all... anyone has experience too?

Vinyl is flat, centered and has very low surface noise. It’s a pity that the last track on each side struggles with inner groove distortion and sibilance. Otherwise, it would be a really nice release. Great packaging, though.
