Just picked this up and it sounds good. Maybe some parts sound really harsh but the intended rawness compliments it for sure.

Does anyone have a picture of the back cover of this pressing? I can't find my copy on here, I'm curious if I should make a new entry or not...
-
Weird to see people complaining about this pressing. To me, it's actually one of the best I've heard in recent years. Bass and treble are really vivid, the sound has a lot of punch. No surface noise, it's completely silent while the volume is much higher than that of the recent Blue reissue (180 grs) I bought.
-
Bad pressing. Sounds flat, with a lot of middle and weak highs/lows. Bought this in 2005, might be time to the MSFL copy.

To my ears, this reissue sounds fine, just fine though, nothing mfsl quality. Drums and vocals are just a touch harsher than i'd like, but apart from that, totally listenable, mids and bass are nice and rich. Packaging is pretty poor however, just a plain paper sleeve with no insert. I only got this because it was cheap and I'm on a budget, but if you want a great sounding copy, I'd recommend the MSFL pressings or the Back to Black pressings, which feature DMM.

Poor quality pressing, everything sounds dull and flat, there's no dynamic in this. I love this album, but this particular pressing doesn't do it justice.
