Mid 60’s reissue, likely issued in early 1966 after Liberty acquired Blue Note Records and shifted printing plants away from Plastylite. Liberty Records used up the remaining NY USA labels before shifting to their own Liberty Records labels.
Deadwax contains the "VAN GELDER" stamp but no Plastylite “P/ear."
Non-deep groove label is blue and white, with "Blue Note Records Inc • New York USA."
Front-laminated cover; Back cover address reads "43 West 61st St., New York 23."
