There's bass on this copy its just pushed way down. Vocals muddy and hollow on Open Arms. Besides that this is a great lp

Surprisingly, I did not notice the lack of bass as mentioned by flodwrana. I actually found the balance between the instruments quite good. Another great mastering job done by Bob Ludwig.

Edited 3 years agoClean, somewhat bright but not harsh sound. Pleasant listening. There is very little bass though. My system has a 400 watt sub and there's still almost none to speak of on most songs. In that sense, this would actually be a good album for bass lacking systems.
