Compared to an original promo copy, the Friday Music pressing sounds muffled, congested in the midrange and overall quite dark. There's some weird audio glitch in the first chorus of "Sons of 1984" that suggests the tape was damaged (I'm assuming Friday Music didn't use a digital copy). There's no such issue on the original. Avoid this pressing and look for an original.
