Lots of noise before it was CLEANED. After cleaning I can confirm this sounds just wonderfully. Great presentation as well, if you don't mind the paper sleeves. One flaw: The first disc is super off centered. Probably nothing a decent turntable can't handle.

great music, lousy pressing. Side 3 is unlistenable due to clicks and surface noise. Shame on you Dead Oceans

Got it also twice. The second was a bit better but still surface noise and clicks. First one had some strong distortions. All European pressings of Destroyer albums look and sound terrible. I think it’s a problem of Dead Oceans. They went to Bella Union with their last record and everything is fine.

Got this pressing twice some weeks ago. First time, record one was off-centered and the label was over the run-out groove. Second time, there were lots of distortions/noise in more than one track (that sounded fine on my first copy). Ended up returning both. Such a shame as I love this album, hope we eventually get a high quality pressing.

Anyone experience problems with this pressing? Mine has a skip during "Suicide Demo for Kara Walker" that's still there after two cleanings, and the spindle hole for disc two is too small. (It sounds extra noisy too, but that improved between the two cleanings, so I'll blame that on humidity/static issues here for now...)

Best album ever! I discover Destroyer with this piece of art. This album is perfect, from start to end.
