Lots of noise before it was CLEANED. After cleaning I can confirm this sounds just wonderfully. Great presentation as well, if you don't mind the paper sleeves. One flaw: The first disc is super off centered. Probably nothing a decent turntable can't handle. -

great music, lousy pressing. Side 3 is unlistenable due to clicks and surface noise. Shame on you Dead Oceans -

The best reissue I got from Destroyer. Your Blues had some issues with surface noise/clipping (even though the mastering is so good), This Night presented a good deal of clicks throughout, spread out and not so intrusive, but clearly there.
This one right here is basically the opposite, when we consider the pressing. There's little to no surface noise, I noticed some minor clicks during side D and that's it. Mastering sounds great on my system, so I find myself on details territory. To be a better release, some inserts, printed inners and other bonus would be really welcome to this masterpiece.

Got it also twice. The second was a bit better but still surface noise and clicks. First one had some strong distortions. All European pressings of Destroyer albums look and sound terrible. I think it’s a problem of Dead Oceans. They went to Bella Union with their last record and everything is fine. -

Bought this record on a whim because I loved Destroyer's "streethawk" so much (get it naowww) and I'm just completely blown away at the sound quality of this LP. I don't know who did the mastering on this because it's not listed in the credits, but I have to imagine it's someone of considerable talent, because this is definitely one of the best sounding records in my entire collection, especially out of all of the releases from the last 30 years. Beautiful. -

Got this pressing twice some weeks ago. First time, record one was off-centered and the label was over the run-out groove. Second time, there were lots of distortions/noise in more than one track (that sounded fine on my first copy). Ended up returning both. Such a shame as I love this album, hope we eventually get a high quality pressing. -

Wow this is a great pressing. As good as modern records can sound. -
This is a fantastic pressing which sonically far exceeds the original release. Clean, flat, and I like the color.
