Absolutely amazing press. Cover art, insert and poster are all printed to perfection. Speaking more of the poster, it is awesome and came with little creases upon opening. Record itself contains very minimal surface noise, I had cleaned it out of the box, as well as no skips or warps. Great pressing, sounds amazing, loud when it should be, quiet when it should be.

Edited 3 years agoI wanted to be impressed by this pressing but the master is not superior to the CD. It's compressed and occupy a narrow space between the speakers. Is it bad? Not at all; It's an honnest pressing.
Surface noise is surprisingly loud between tracks and during the (few) quiet parts. Since when does Pallas press record with this amount of surface noise? Fortunately, I could not hear any crackles nor pops. Side A is a little off-centered but it's not the end of the world. Also, my copy is almost flat with only a little edge warp on side B.
The jacket is made of a nice subtle textured cardboard. Inner sleeve is a welcomed polylined paper one and the poster is just awesome.
Surface noise aside, this pressing is definetly better than the shitty slushie red 2021 US reissue I returned but the master IS NOT superior to the CD.
Bottom line: I'll keep this one. The poster is so classy!

Incredible Death Metal classic that screams iconic. This pressing is just insanely good! Get this, and avoid the new 2021 reissues as those are literally the worst reissues I have EVER experienced. Buy this, an original (if you have the money to blow), or else just stick with the CD. Nothing else is worth a penny.

Sounds amazing had problems with compressed death metal albums not sounding so great this one sounds really clear pick it up if you can

Killer sounding pressing of an absolutely essential Cannibal Corpse album! For fans of the Barnes era of this band you cannot go wrong! comes with a huge poster of the artwork too!
-
Great sounding record, super clean too, alex's bass is 100% discernible, plus you get the full size poster to marvel at. As with many releases from different companies, yes, the back cover seems to have a picture that's a bit blown up, in this case tho I can't complain, after watching closely I noticed the only reason the picture in the cd looked normal is because of the size, the edges of the statue the band was standing in look sharp and well defined on this LP.

Vinyl sounds great, but the visuals could have been better (especially the back cover, where the graphics are way darker and blurred than the original).
