Edited one year agoSPECTACULAR PRESSING!
I was worried by some reviews, but I had to change my mind when I put this LP on my turntable and dropped the needle...
Amazing sound! Obviously it is a bit bright and tinny sounding, but my subwoofer adds all that bass that was buried in the cutting process!
The only thing quite bad is how Phil Collins' voice is also a bit missing but that's not fault of the pressing: the original mix buries under the loud synths most of the vocal parts, but the instruments are all here and they sound very well.
Warning: the record is REALLY thin and it can get warped very esaily -
I love every single song on this album. I even love the tinny, thin sound, it gives it a unique signature.

Edited 4 years agoPretty thin sounding pressing, but then again it IS a long record so that's to be expected. Its far from being a great sounding recording, but I've certainly heard worse.

May take multiple listenings to reveal itself but this is a great album. My favorite "Collins" era Genesis album.
