Issued with a two- 'U' card inlay printed on both sides.
This version has a white CrO₂ cassette shell with black print and black spools. The cassette shell is held together with adhesive. On the hinge piece of the case, some copies have a circular 1.5" diameter white sticker with black print that reads: "The KLF - Chill Out - file under Ambient - WAX 7155 - KLF Communications".
Another version of Chill Out exists with a clear cassette shell that has white print.
