Edited 3 years agoI did the Genius At Work mix. It's not speculation because I can confirm it.
It was done at Swemix studios in Stockholm while I was there DJing in 1986, then while working at Downstairs records in NYC I played it for George who did a lot of the bootlegs at the time and he liked it and put it out. It was done on a reel to reel so we transferred it at some dude's house in Long Island and added the Change The Beat part at the end. -
