I got mine cheap ($20) used, so it was worth it to have another. Weird thing though: labels are on the wrong sides.

Edited 12 months agoLike the Wild Planet mo-fi reissue, this sounds monstrous on my system and blows the Japanese SHM-CD versions out of the water in of presence, impact and all out bass thump. But, like mo-fo's Wild Planet reissue, there is an inexplicable earthquake like random thump in Dance This Mess Around as there is on Part Out Of Bounds on Wild Planet...its like the turntable lid was slammed of its own accord. It's that bad the average listeners in the room commented, not even listening as closely as I was. Great overall sound, but these flaws are just not good enough. So I pull out my 45 year old original pressing and it's freeking amazing and I wonder why I've dropped over $200 on cd and lp 'high quality' reissues and wonder why I bothered. Don't believe the hype.

Edited one year agoSounds great . Great pressing. Very quiet, nice soundstage separation, etc.

Edited one year agoThis pressing sounds Fantastic! I can Literally tell where each member is standing, as if they were in front of me. That’s exactly what I look for! Everything perfect. Quiet vinyl. Lows are super punchy, mids and highs beautiful. Super detailed. No non fill on this like their Men At Work Silver label has, so I was relieved for that. I’ve tried many Mobile Fidelity pressings and This album and Foreigner Double Vision are the Only Mofi pressings that impress me. Very happy with this.

This sounds decent but im very disappointed with the flimsy cheapo jacket MFSL went with. This is fully AAA yet they pair it with a shitty jacket. Every other release after the anadisc series, AAA or not, have a nice tip on jacket. Oh well, at least the record sounds good

jaw dropping sound, Fred sounds like some sort of floating scary voice! Plenty of thump and absolutely dead quiet where it's supposed to be.
