This is the ultimate way to experience this album. The Third Man master is the best, but the vinyl is pressed way too quietly and with too much noise. This CD on a good system is the apex.

Better than the southern lord CD and third man vinyl record. especially with the third man records vinyl being as noisy as it is. really liked it. feels like the weedian is proceeding right through the stereo and straight to nazeraeth. -
Edited 2 years agoI've owned and heard this album in many formats and mediums. This is the best one IMO. It even beats out the vinyl boxset I own that came out in 2022 (also from TMR). This will knock your fucking house down on the right system. The guitar and vocals still sound clear even with the intense bass. & Hot lava man absolutely CRUSHES the typical B side song included on the southern Lord releases.
Also want to note that this version is also mastered on the quieter side, like the 2022 boxset. crank your system a lil louder and proceed to Nazareth.
