      This is the album I grew up with. Finally. The way it should be with the correct samples. And as a big bonus...not only is the sound quality absolutely amazing...but the packaging looks absolutely fuckin' stellar. So so so happy to own this.

      I even like that they threw in 'Who Shot Ya' at the end. Good vibe to go out on instead of 'Just Playing (Dreams)'. Who Shot Ya is essential Biggie (for obvious reasons...). 'Dreams'....not so much. Didn't need that one on here for no reason..would've made the last side overly compressed all for the sake of extra unecessary bonus material.

      Your search for the proper Ready to Die pressing ends here. Unless you really want to try to find a nice playing original. Take it from a huge fan of 30 years (since it first dropped)....this pressing will MORE than scratch the itch for having an authentic Ready to Die pressing in your collection. And this will 100% be the last pressing that will have the original samples on the songs Ready to Die and Machine Gun Funk. So...don't sleep.

              I believe this version is the only one that is reissued with all the original samples. This is a must have in your collection. It sounds fantastic.

                I don’t understand how they got the original samples on here…but I am not complaining at all! I wanted to get an OG copy of Ready To Die so I could hear the original samples, and I had no idea when picking this up that it would have them as well. What a pleasant surprise! Other than that, great pressing. Looks beautiful and sounds fantastic (in my unprofessional opinion)

                  I’m ignorant to the VMP releases. What master did they use for this pressing? Someone bought this for me, and although I think it sounds pretty good, I feel like it’s missing something at the top. Impressive package though, I dig it.
