WHAT THE HELL DID THEY DO TO "BUGGIN?'"
Srsly if I'm gonna pay $40 for your friggin' record you need to tell me that it's a friggin' REMIX. -
Sounds so good, hearing details I’ve never heard before from streaming the album. 10/10 no surface noise and great sound.
-
Tracklist on this is different than from my CD. I like this, also the alternative versions of Buggin’ for example is really good.

A musical masterpiece and must-have for the friend of alternative music. And an impeccable pressing, with huge dynamics, fast transients, and lush sound. Perfect record.
-
This pressing sounds awesome! Really detailed, nuanced, lush and full. Extremely quiet and clean. "Feeling Yourself Disintegrate" and "The Gash" sound so much more rich and layered than on the CD I've been playing for 20+ years. "The Spiderbite Song" encapsulates everything I love about this album, and it's never sounded better. Glad I sprung for this, it's a really nice reissue of one of the finest albums of the 90s.
-
Does anyone know why they replaced the WB logo on top with a skull?
I really like the mix in Buggin', it's quite different from the version I was used to listening to. -
Great pressing. None of the compression that's heard on the CD, plenty of bass (but not too much), dead quiet in between tracks. Denon DP-26f turntable, DSN-81 stylus, AIWA NSX-D737 shelf system and speakers. Sounds fabulous on my modest system!
-
This is a fantastic sounding re-release , v quiet and flat pressing and the mastering is fantastic, TFL aren't known for their audiophile recordings, they throw everything into the mix and turn it up but this is a great sounding release, only quibble is for 40 euros they should have at least given us a gatefold.
My gear: Modded Thorens TD 160 with a at vm540ml cart, Parks Audio Puffin preamp,Denon Pma-800ne amp, Dali Oberon 5 speakers. -
