Flat, very little noise, sounding pretty damn good. Not having any issues with this pressing. -

I like the art... I like the mix, but this could have been a gatefold easyly, or better yet, use the foiled cover on every edition; Steppenwolf did it back in the 60s, so...
Sonically, there's surface noise on both sides even after cleaning, but thankfully Chino doesn't leave much room to hear it. -
A little disappointed with the pressing. Though the sound quality leaves nothing to be desired, the disc is pretty thin and has a concave shape. The gold isn't exactly golden, it has more a shade of beige naugahyde. And I'm glad I'm not the only one slightly irritated by the sleeve design which looks like a cafe menu from the 80s. Not a worthy presentation of an album this good.

This pressing is incredible everything is heard perfectly with brilliant separation! No pop's clicks just a little bit of surface noise in very quiet parts nothing major, the only downside is the sleeve itself is really thing crappy cardboard for a limited edition you would have thought they would have put abit of care into the packaging but apart from that i'm impressed! -
I haven't even opened my gold copy yet, but this thin Lp sleeve is really pathetic. Most Deftones Lps are nice gatefolds, this is as thin as it can possibly be. Even came with the start of a split in the spine center. Ridiculous for an Lp release from a reputable band in 2020. -

Edited 4 years agoReally crisp pressing, still, this should have been 2xLP. Biggest complaint though is the seriously disappointing presentation. What gives? -
Bit disapointing presentation of the soon to be masterpiece.
Flimsy single jacket, vinyl warped as hell, plays fine through though.
