This pressing sounds phenomenal. When '...Millionaire' kicks the door down and takes your face off you're on a wild ride from start to finish....it's utterly monstrous! I've no other versions to compare it with apart from the CD, but I can't imagine anything sounding better than this. Outstanding. -
Great pressing, finally took the wrapper off and gave it a full album listen. Even at lower volume it has a nice rich but crunchy sound to it. All of their albums sound great on vinyl with the exception of that horrid copy of Rated R that I have. This one is a keeper.

Fantastic album. Never usually buy records on Vinted for obvious reasons, but saw this for £16 and couldn’t resist. Don’t own any other presses to compare, but for a second hand at such a great price i’m over the moon with how it sounds…
Sides A & C are absolutely flawless. Was surprised how loud it is. Bold and crisp with the quiet parts between songs silent. Might just be my ears but side B sounds slightly muddy and unbalanced- not bad at all but could be better. D mostly sounds really great other than a few pops through SFTDeaf outro and first bit of Mosquito but I’ll put that down to it being pre-owned
Overall I agree the reviews are overselling the press a little- it’s not the most balanced sounding record i’ve heard and I wish the backing vocals came through a little more, but it is still a brilliant sounding record that’s absolutely worth getting your hands on -
Alot of people on here praise the first and limited pressings that followed but I can't imagine there's much difference between this pressing and those as this is loud and clean!!

Looks great, sounds ok. Not entirely clear on why so much praise being heaped on this pressing other than, obviously this is such a great album. It all sounds a little bit flat to my ears.

Agreed great recording...except...Lanegan's vocals are pushed back in the mix. Instruments and even backing vocals take lead.
-
Sounds pitch-perfect. No problems with this release. Very nice packaging and pristine sound quality all around
-
I'd be very surprised if this wasn't AAA. It sounds unbelievable and you can hear the pre song tape echo in headphones given the vinyl is so ridiculously quiet.
