Why does every copy I've seen of this album have a warp on the cover, right in the middle of the eye?

Direct comparison between this pressing and the speakers corner pressing is an easy win for this one. Much crisper highs and a more balanced sound overall. Comparison to the MOFI soon to come. -
I have this one but I have a Q under the AL 9599 on B side of the album but not on the A side.

I own several editions of Eye in the Sky and this one is supreme. Incredible sound, warm and well balanced. It far sures the Speakers Corner version. I am still waiting to hear the MFSL pressing. Highly recommended. -
Edited 2 years agoThis is a terrific press using the West German plates. I am curious to hear the MoFi SuperVinyl version but am not going to spend top dollar for it. This cut is warm & detailed without being languid, a criticism I can have with MFSL vinyl.
(Rig: Rega RP6 with Ortofon black cart through McIntosh MA5200 amp & Axiom M60 v2 speakers.)
