Only 200 copies? Voivod's "Thrashing Rage" (N 0050 PD) picture disc also on Noise Rec was limited to 2000, maybe a 0 is missing for Celtic Frost?

Can any the limitation of 200ex? To me it seam very unlikely that Noise International would ever press something in such a small limitation.
