Just played this one, and I'm quite happy with the sound--loads of punch in the low end, fat mids, and nice crisp highs too, with the lead vocals soaring over the top.
-
The pressing is almost dead silent with no signs of pops and very mild surface noise. On the other hand, the mixing could be better. Rob's voice seems to be overlapping all the instruments (especially the bass).

This is the first album of the band in my vinyl library. But I first heard it 37 years ago. He didn't impress me then. And now, after the first audition, I didn't like him. But after the second, third time, he finally opened up for me :)
The disc is flat and heavy (>180). The mass is quiet, clicks are rare. There are, in my opinion, disadvantages in mixing - there is not enough pressure - but in general the sound pleases. There are slight sound distortions on the last track of the album. The stage is wide, the balance is even. The outer envelope is simple in execution. The inner envelope is made of thick paper without antistatic. On the inner envelope, the lyrics are written in red letters on a black background - it is impossible to read such a combination of colors! In general, the cover, discs and content are good: 4 out of 5.

Love this album, but this pressing was a bit of a disappointment, robs voice was distorted as well as kk and glenns guitars.

Sounds perfect. What more is there to say? I dont have an OG on hand to compare to, and it wouldn't be fair to compare to digital version (1992 Collectors remaster ftw), but sitting down, knowing this album, everything sounded clean, clear, and dynamic

Whatever the flaws are on this LP version, I am a fan. Maybe it’s because I only have the Astley master on CD to compare, but this We Are Vinyl remaster does it for me. Strong bass and drums, great vocals, and the guitars seem just fine to me.

Very happy with this vinyl of this classic Priest album! Halford sounds great! As someone wrote, slightly different song order then master release, not a big deal leading the album with Breakin instead of Rapid Fire and Livin first song on side 2 instead of Wise. But looks like most versions of this album are this way.

I'm disappointed in this pressing. Seems like the instruments keep fading in and out. Rob's voice is fine, but the rest of the band seems far in the background.
