It's a very fine pressing of an ambitious, cinematic and multi-layered album. These LP's deserve a good cleaning and a proper hi-fi system to be fully enjoyed.
-
Surprised so many are having issues with this pressing. Mine is dead quiet and soundstage is great. No complaints what so ever to such an amazing LP.

Have to agree with some other reviewers. Do not understand the appeal this utterley boring musac has to some. But, o.k. we live in a free world so if you wanna wast money on this, feel free to do so.

Edited 5 years agoSo much noise... fantastic music but the record sounds really bad. No definition, no width. The lows aren't precise at all ; low-mids are too much. The MP3 really sounds better.
It's really sad for an album with such a great work about sound atmospheres, with field recordings and a lot of different instruments. How is it possible ? -
I bought this at a store in Michigan at the end of 2017. If you're looking for an excellent sounding pressing, go for this one. It is one of the better sounding records in my collection. Rich, detailed, dynamic, BIG.
