Picked up a nice clean copy of this OG Canadian pressing. Sounds fantastic, blasts out of the speakers the way it should.

I have a copy of that 2021 Friday music atrocity and there is no comparison.

Don’t hesitate to pick this up if you come across it in the wild.

This is a great late 80s rock album and this US pressing sounds fresh, punchy, airy and crispy.

A good remaster, sounds really good thanks to our japanese friends! I've had the boxset "The Atlantic Years" and was a big dissapoinment.

Sound quality is EXCELLENT, but the pressing is sorta quiet. I spun this one after an 80's Simple Minds album and the Simple Minds press was way louder. What's with modern pressings being quiet? Again, it sounds excellent. You just have to crank up the volume quite a bit more...

i have a copy with inner + a press release from Atlantic rec. dated 1/89.
no hyper sticker though.

Meh…no bueno. This reissue is not good, it’s better than that sh@t release r16809045, but still muffled and not pushing any clarity in the highs or mids…sounds like a cassette.

This is my THIRD release now of this record, IMO the best one out there is still r543487. Not sure why they can’t get a solid reissue out with all these attempts…maybe the masters are gone? Save yourself some $$ and just get a VG+ copy of the r543487 release. You can thank me later.

Should this issue be considered as US pressing? Yes we got inner sleeve with corean hierogliphs, but it's likely pressed in USA for corean sales?

I think this pressing sounds fine my original that I bought had a factory flaw there were 2 big welts one on either side that cased a big pop all the way through 2 tracks one of them being my favorite song “ 18 and life “ so I bought the reissue and it sounds exactly like my original but without the pop I would recommend this pressing

I don't have an OG, but this sounds fine to my ears (Technics turntable, Yamaha receiver, Pinnacle speakers,
etc.). The OG must be great sounding given some of these comments.
