I wish this record sounded better than it does - two es through a spin clean and there's still quite a bit of static. Most of the soundtrack is quite loud, so it's not a big deal, but it's really noticeable in the quieter moments. The Jane Siberry track is nearly unlistenable, sadly. What a bummer.

My copy is perfect. No whooshing or crackling or pops. Best soundtrack, along with Tales from the Crypt: Demon Knight, of the 90s!

Top notch design, with gatefold artwork and the mastering is great, not short on bass - obviously differs between tracks since it is a compilation of various artists. Only minor complaint is there is a slight whooshing sound that is audible between tracks on Side A for me, however it sounds a lot cooler than generic popping.

The Cure and NIN steal the show. The NIN cover is something else…

Then it’s ok. Helmet are pretty good & Jane Siberry, J & Mary Chain. Still holds up today as a memorable movie soundtrack even if the film has (albeit achieved cult status) dated considerably

My sealed copy had two Side C's/Etched in it when I opened it up. I'm disappointed, but I was curious if anyone else got this mispress or mispacking as well?

Who’s still spinning this in 2024?!! I purchased mine from eBay for I-don’t--how-much back in 2018?19? I had no idea it was the highly sought after release. What I would have paid at the time wouldn’t have reflected that. Maybe I got lucky?? Anyhow, all the tracks play perfectly at reasonably loud volumes through my serviced Sansui 5000x into JBL L100 Century’s…. Except the Pantera track, which gets my woofers a little “farty”. A simple adjustment to my BASS TREBLE pots fixed it instantly. I wouldn’t say it’s an issue with the vinyl. Most likely my setup. Afterall, it IS being used as a catchall for everything from RAGE to Japanese Jazz to Acid Bath to the POLICE, hip hop, funk, etc. A little color tweak is expected.

Sehr guter Soundtrack mit erstklassiger Musik Auswahl aus den ´90igern. Qualität der Pressung sehr gut, feiner Soundtrack zu einem guten Film.
