I have this , but the copy I purchased comes with cover art that contains a blue background and the artist name and title are located at the very top of the image all in one line. Same track listing - just different art is all.

This should just be labeled a remix of Simple Minds' "New Gold Dream" (perhaps my favorite song of the 80's) and it was one of those affairs where "the first producer to use it" would have a definite hit (with extra points for the Dune sample per the title) -- massive sampling and lifting of older songs still being a somewhat novel concept in the early 90's. That being said, this is ridiculously fun and it is impossible for me to be in a bad mood after putting this on.

I the 90's well and how much sampling was going on. I when I first heard this played in a club. I recognised it straight away, "New Gold Dream" by Simple minds. It is still a classic though, some of other mixes are stomping still to this day :-D

Sample taken obviously from Simple Minds’ New Gold Dream - a classic itself and uplifting as a stand alone mesmeric and very danceable track. This is an early nineties re jig as it were. Total banger though 💥

Probably the best Italian progressive house song in the 90's.
12'' vinyl edition original made by Italian style is the best. Samples are taken from several sources..
If you don't know, the original ''OPEN YOUR MIND'' words are taken from the older movie TOTAL RECALL!
Just watch the old version of the movie and in one sequence mutant said : ''Open your mind''
