Effing amazing pressing and content. You could give this dude an empty can of sardines and a blown out work boot and he’d turn it into a masterpiece. Standing ovation for the folks over at IA.

Total package, the music, the pressing, the packaging, the graphic design, everything! masterpiece.

Side C was real noisy for me, even after numerous cleanings unfortunately. I am using a Magnat Direct Drive with a Hana EL that has not many hours on it. I very willingly paid again for a second black vinyl copy at their show in Brooklyn and it plays very nicely on all four sides. My album of the year for ‘24. And what an incredible show. I just wish I made it to SML the next night and Anna Butterss the night after that. It was a three night showcase by the fantastic IARC label.

Has already become my favourite recent purchase. Its not just the pressing and the quality of the production...its the ion and the virtue in the music! A must have!

Maybe unintentionally opener ‚Freakadelic‘ is very much a jazz-combo version of FUTIQUEs classic ‚From the soundtrack of: breakfast with a gun‘ from 1997.

Did this version come with "Gatefold jacket with an IARC obi strip and poly-lined printed company inner sleeves" but just on black vinyl? That's what I've got anyway, but not sure if that is its own (new) variant or just this one? (EDIT: I guess its this version - I have edited the version's description to make that a bit clearer, and added pics of the OBI etc.)

Both the music and the recording (with only 4 mics) are simply brilliant.
One of the best releases of 2024 and definitely a must-have!
