This reissue is basically screwed up. There are more crackles than on the previous release from 2015.
Strange remaster, I think it's highly compressed.
Labels stuck on backwards - not these pages.

The code price U on the back cover indicates this record was released between 1970 and 1972. So this is probably a first press too or at least an early reissue.

It’s a shame not enough attention went into the sound quality as they put into the gatefold sleeve which is really nice. As regards the sound, it’s ok until the last 5 minutes of both sides when all you get is massive distortion and totally unlistenable. Then again, shame on me for buying a totally illegal copy with replica 1971 UK Beacon labels.

Owned this version a while ago, the repressing quality is awful and it ticked me off that the song "Prince Kajuku" is being faded off quite horribly, cutting off some 10 seconds off the original length of the original track. I don't recommend this version at all.

i got this when it was released back in 1982 and as for my copy it is a reissue of the 1971 flying ( or ufo 2) lp w/ a unique sleeve on the A.K.A. label, this was a budget uk reissue, check your disc if you bought this used, they also did the live in japan 1971 album and you may have got the wrong lp in the wrong sleeve, i bought all 3 when they where released 39 years ago... honestly i was not crazy about these reissues on this label.....

this was released on gate records CMBH in in 1988, this is on pure white vinyl and the last copy of this 1988 german series where gate records did all the mick bolton era ufo lps from ufo1, ufo one hour space rock, ufo live in japan and a reissue was also included of the german 2 lp compilation set originally released on nova records in 1976 space metal, all 4 of these where released on beautiful white vinyl in a series in 1988 and i dont think many where printed as by 1988 the cd boom was on and vinyl sales where slowing down. i dont know how many of each title where pressed but since all 4 titles rarely show up often i think not many, anyway i am glad i own all 4 titles now as i love the bolton era of ufo as much as i do the schenker era, chapman era and onwards to the last ufo studio album back in 2015 conspiracy of stars............. been a ufo fan & collector for 43 years now, this was one hell of a ufo record in 1971 & the tripped out stuff & effects mick bolton uses on his guitar are total acid rock..................

i just got this one today, i can say the same thing about this one hour space rock ( ufo 2) lp from 1971 i said about the ufo 1 repertoire lp, i have the original 1971 beacon uk lp w/ white label & that is still one of the best sounding records that is 50 years old now of all copies of this lp i have, i listened this time to my original japan black vinyl pressing from 1971 ( god i love the unique sleeve on that one) and it sounds around the same as this one does, this overall does not sound to compressed to me but it is lacking compared to the number of european 70s pressings i have of this title, regardless i have no regrets about getting this 2015 180 g pressing as it is working & sounding good enough on my system!!!!!, i have loved this album to like ufo 1 since the late 1970s, this second ufo album sounds almost nothing like ufo 1 wich had a hard bluesy rock sound, this second ufo album was a total KRAUTROCK/ ACID/PSYCHE album and some of the things mick bolton does on guitar here are very trippy & spacey!!!!!!! also great distortion mick displays here, maybe almost as good as MY favorite 60s hero when it came to distorion, PETE TOWNSHEND!! anyway i find i get more into this album the older i get............ nice gatefold sleeve and the inner sleeve is printed but only w/ text pertaining to repertoire records...........

this was a very nice white vinyl reissue of this 1971 krautrock/psyche/ acid rock album from 1971, pressed on good quality vinyl for 1988 & nice sleeve, great german reissue.......
