Four Tet – Rounds

Wonderful sounding pressing. Deep bass, great treble, clear sound. Amazing.

I love Optimal as a pressing plant, they normally do a spectacular job. However, this pressing, although clean and cut beautifully, is littered with non-fill on 2 of the 4 sides (side 2 and 3). I've noticed so many more non-fill issues on Lp's from most pressing plants. The quality control standards are too loose for most plants and it is frustrating. I guess I'll have to return it for a replacement, but who knows if that one will be better or worse. Very, very, very frustrating

WOW. This sounds magnificent. Lots of clarity and a dynamic soundstage. One of the better pressings in my collection.

Gorgeous sounding pressing of this incredible album. Rich, detailed and full of life. This is such a treat to listen to.
