Infodisc, US

Taiwanese DVD manufacturer Infodisc entered the US with its acquisition of VHS manufacturer Mediacopy in January 2001. This provided Infodisc with a manufacturing plant in El Paso, TX, which through its existence manufactured CDs, DVDs, and VHS. The company also ran distribution centres in Lousville, KY and Reno, NV, which closed in 2004, and had its corporate headquarters in Los Angeles, CA.

This company can be identified by 'Mastered by INFODISC' in the disc matrix accompanied by the SID codes listed below and a date code/matrix number in the format YYMMDDXXX. This matrix number is the same format as that used by Infodisc in Taiwan.
