Hana Hegerova, help needed

Hi, this Hana Hegerova submission needs additional infos / corrections Hana Hegerová - Recitál 2.
It is now Key release for the album, and there is all too little information for identification. Also, I wonder if the year 1973 correct, I think it should be 1974 ?! I tried to find confirmation online, but can not be certain.

Hello, I have the original copy. This first one was relased for Gramophone Club and these were the first releases. On booklet is written that it was relased in 1974, so it is 1974, because the year on the label means production only and the release year.
