Help with Chinese release?

Would anyone be able to help update this Chinese cassette?

this is a chinese cassette made by 1983 by folk music major in Chinese conservatorium of music of a traditional chinese piece

EDIT: I might not take the action to edit the release because the songs listed on the cassette appeared different to what is listed on the inside (I'm leaning towards the idea that the inside belonged to whatever the cover is and the cassette itself is wrong)

That would explain the different catalog numbers! Go ahead and make one for the cover. I will make a new submission for the cassette
