I see a lot of blank submissions, here is a guide to retrieve text from your media.
At least try before asking for help.
1. the Google Translate app
2. Go through the initial set-up process
3. In the main app interface there are 2 language drop-downs on the top. For releases from Hong Kong or Taiwan for example, I would pick Chinese (traditional) on the left <-> Chinese (traditional) on the right. , we are not looking to translate here, just capturing the text.
4. Tap on the camera icon -> aim at the block of text you want captured -> scan -> select all -> use your finger to highlight text (I usually long tap to "select all" -> copy -> paste into any app of your choice for text editing (I usually Email or message myself)
That's it.
I would say this is 95% accurate if the fonts are standard and legible.
