I’m having trouble with a Chinese Hylam shellac. I have no idea on how to interpret it as far as artists and title are concerned. I at the very least want to check my work on this…

All correct. I added "瓊音" though.
By the way, I think when people type Hanzi, the brackets should be SBC case instead of DBC case. Also, 銀 is pronounced as "Yin" not "Xin".
