Actually, Krzysztof only has 12 credits compared to 65 for Krzyś.
Normally I'd say the latter is the most appropriate PAN.
But given the fact he did actually use his full name and 12 is still a reasonable amount, I could agree to keep Krzysztof Koszewski, given that it would entail less work.
On a sidenote, I think those credits where's he credited together with the agencies/studios he's worked for/at should be split.
'Krzyś Koszewski / foqs' and 'Krzysztof Koszewski www.fpstudio.pl' - are probably the names of the graphic studio where Krzysztof worked (www.foqs.com.pl and www.fpstudio.pl).
that was completely WRONG
out of those 12 credits for Krzysztof on 9 releases he's actually credited as Krzyś (looking at the images really helps)
3 releases got no images to confirm how' he credited: The Best Of (but different variant of this credits him also as Krzyś)
so at the end we got only 2 releases with unconfirmed Krzysztof and 67 by Krzyś
I don't really believe that he's always goes as Krzyś but just 2 times out of the blue he's Krzysztof all of a sudden
So ALL of those should be reverted and Krzyś Koszewski used as PAN (which is an older profile anyway)
You are right that 'Krzyś' appears more often. Krzysztof Koszewski as a PAN it was my proposal and it was accepted.
Of course, we can still discuss this.
In my opinion, the full name should be used as PAN, not a diminutive.

there are not 1 release where he's credited as Krzysztof so the PAN cannot be Krzysztof Koszewski if we need to use ANV on every sub

+ PAN Krzysztof Koszewski was wrongly created on Kraina Łagodności - Spotkanie Drugie where he's credited as Krzyś. Krzysztof Koszewski shouldn't be created when Krzyś Koszewski was already in the database

BTW Does anybody know if he is the same person as Krzysztof Koszewski - the Dean of Faculty of Architecture in Warsaw University of Technology? If yes, it seems that he uses his full name as a professional and diminutive name as an artist.
