Credit for Production Coordinator

Whenever I saw Production Coordinator I've entered "Production Manager [Production Coordinator]. but in hindsight this seems wrong as it is listed in credits as a Visual credit.

Which would be correct?

A. Producer [Production Coordinator]
"organizing and scheduling production budget and resources, and supervising the recording, mixing and mastering processes."

or

B. Coordinator [Production Coordinator]
"(also Co-ordination / Coordination / Co-ordinator / Coordinator)"

I favour A but often see B.

Mein Beispiel oben habe ich basierend auf Deinen Kommentaren gepostet und jetzt ist es prompt doch keine "compound" credit role? Grrr... warum nicht? Bzw. Wie erkenn ich (weil nicht englisch Muttersprachen), dass es ausgerechnet hierbei nicht so ist, aber bei anderen doch?

I think el_duro just means Production Coordinator is not some kind of Producer+Manager at the same time; it is just a manager/istrative to the producers.

(Maybe you already know this:) Production in the phrase Production Coordinator is an adjectival noun. In English this kind of phrasing is less formal than Coordinator of Production, but it means the same thing. The expanded form, Coordinator of Production, indicates that the role is primarily about coordination, not production. (Sometimes adjectival nouns are the only acceptable way to write something, e.g. stop sign, never sign of stop, but this is not one of those times.)

how do I see if a credit role is "compound" or not?

A compound credit consists of two roles, for example "Cover" and "Art(work)", which are both included in the credits list. Those roles can be entered as

Cover [Cover Art], Artwork [Cover Art]

"Production" (as with Production Coordinator) has a much broader / different meaning than "Producer". It is not a human role and therefore not included in the credits list. You wouldn't use the producer role when transcribing text such as " a XYZ production..." either, right? Different meaning and different context. "Coordinator" clearly is the focal role here which should be credited.
