    I recently received this mixtape:
    http://www.rushhour.nl/store_detailed.php?item=51562

which consist of separate but mixed 61 tracks

There's no tracklist on the back cover or anywhere else, however Take / Sweatson Klank posted the tracklisting on his site:
    http://www.sweatsonklank.com/2009/05/sweatsons-trajectory-mix-tape-for.html

Now, the problem is that some of the tracks he posted have spelling mistakes (either when it comes to artists names or the titles themselves) i.e. Wajeed (track 2) proper spelling is Waajeed, Jörg Thomasius is credited by him as Jorg Thomasius (track 7), and Herb Geller's song "Space A La Mode" is credited as "A La Space Mode".

Should I correct those names & titles they way they supposed to be, or should I stick to Take's writing ?

It would be the later one if the tracklist appeared on the cover, but as I said it doesn't. I'm more likely to correct all the mistakes I come across, but I just want to make sure if it's fine.

create a ANV and post a link to proove they're spelled like this. best will be to know whether it is a mistake made by the dj, or whether they're mistakely spelled on the relese.

or whether they're mistakely spelled on the relese.

that's the thing - they DON'T appear on the release

IMO: I would write the tracks and artist names correctly and add a note explaining that the tracklisting is from the artist's website and there were some typos at the time of submission, and here's why:

An online posting can be edited - you can add an ANV or note an incorrect spelling and then have it edited two days later and all of a sudden the submission is incorrect.

Corrected names and titles and a note would solve this issue in the event that the website is edited.
