SPECIALTY RECORDS: Stereo Natural Sound

My question today is about Specialty Records, on some pressings the label says "Stereo Natural Sound" but I can't find anything online clarifying if these are actually stereo pressings or just a marketing tag on the mono pressings?

I guess the question is, what is "fake" stereo? Is that rechanneled stereo or fold down, or something else

I think I seeing somewhere (Hoffman forums?) that it was just hype and the releases were just mono…

Kind of funny in retrospect where today everyone wants the original mono
