We ship only to Paypal confirmed address of payments not to alternate addresses, your Discogs and Paypal shipping addresses MUST match. Due to changes in Discogs shipping policies and VAT laws overseas we only ship to Canada & U.S now.

Shipping in Canada is via a variety of courier services including Canada Post with tracking except for small letter packets for 7”, CD or cassette.

For US buyers: Shipping is via UPS standard service for continental U.S. with tracking on all packages. This excludes Alaska, Hawaï, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands & Puerto Rico. For these 2 states & territories rates or a different carrier are TBD.

Shipping rates, Note: Double LPs counts as 2, Double 7” counts as 2. Multi items box sets will fetch higher shipping rate. Please note that UPS doesn’t deliver to P.O. Boxes, so Canada Post will be used instead and can be more expensive.

ATTENTION: Our shipping partners Canada Post & UPS now require your telephone number on all orders. Please to provide it when you place an order with us.

LP's are cleaned (when required) on a Nitty Gritty machine and packed in new or sometimes recycled sturdy cardboard mailers with the record outside of the jacket (to prevent seam splits in transit) unless the item is sealed. Unless stated grading is visual. For sealed items let us know if you would like the LP’s shipped out of its jacket to prevent seam splits, we are not responsible for seam splits in transit if the LP is still sealed.

Local pickup is not possible, please respect these .

If you require signature or additional insurance coverage it is up to you the buyer to request it. We are not responsible for loss or damage if insurance is not purchased. All parcels all packaged carefully in new mailers with an A+ level of professionalism...look at our .

Note: sealed LP’s are non returnable/refundable. Buyer assumes responsibility for any visual/audible defects/flaws discovered upon opening a factory sealed album.

Returns & refunds

If you provided non matching Discogs & PayPal shipping addresses you will be refunded the amount of the order minus the PayPal fees incurred. If for whatever reason you decide to cancel an order once paid, you will be refunded the amount of the order minus the PayPal fees incurred. If we need to cancel and refund an order from our end, you will be refunded the full amount of your order.

Upon receiving your product, you have 7 days to report any issues. Refunds will be granted upon receipt of the returned item, and will entail the sale value of the item. Do not return an item before ing us first, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
