GLOBAL SHIPPING - order at your own risk. We pack securely in industry standard packaging andf we will not be held able for any damage that occurs during shipping. You can claim insurance from the post for any mechanical damage - TAKE PHOTOS of the packaging. But not for warping :(

EUROPE - BE AWARE OF IMPORT DUTIES. They are not our responsibility and we will not lie about the price of an item, so please do not ask.
ALSO, your customs have a habit of charging you VAT even if Discogs has already charged you. There is nothing that we - the seller - can do about this. NOTE: We are a physical store. We allow people to listen to our vinyl instore. Records listed as MINT may have been open and played. We will always check the condition of a shelf copy when sending and if there are any changes to the condition we will let you know. In addition we often open copies to check for warping, colour or edition. So please be aware that your record may have been opened.

We use regular tracked postage unless you ask for something else.
If we do not ship to your country or you would like an alternate shipping method, please message us and we'll help you out.

LOCALS - pick up in store absolutely fine - just mention it in the buy message. Discogs has forced us to set shipping policies now and the pick up instore option does not seem to work, so if you want to pick up, just let us know and we will refund the postage to you.

REFUND POLICY

INSTORE: we sell second hand records and customers are allowed to listen to new records so WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND that you check the condition of the vinyl before you purchase. Once the vinyl leaves our store we cannot know what has happened to it and so generally we do not refund damaged goods. Having said this, we grade countless records and sometimes we get it wrong, if this is the case we will gladly refund or exchange.

We do not offer refunds if you change your mind, unless of course you come back within the hour after having discovered that your bank has been emptied by hackers and you need the bus fare home.

ONLINE: we triple check all stock before we send out, but we are also human so if it turns out - in the vary rare instance that we have messed up - that there is something wrong with the vinyl we send, we will sort you out.

GIFTS: receiver has the right to exchange as long as they come in as soon as possible after receiving the gift and if the vinyl has not been damaged in any way.

PRESSING FLAWS: are easily distinguishable from the damage caused by careless handling, we will exchange or refund if this is the case.

WARPED RECORDS: we have a flattener and will happily de-warp any vinyl in the shop for free, including anything you have purchased and taken home, as long as you bring it back in good time and retain the receipt or have left the price label on. Flattening costs $10 on any of your own records.
