CD jewel boxes are generally used, we replace those that are broken or badly cracked unless the items are sealed. However we will replace those on request of the customer.
$2 CDs and cassettes will generally be sent without generic jewel cases/plastic cases with only few exceptions. All artwork will be included of course.
Records will be removed from their outer sleeves before shipping in order to avoid seam splits unless they are sealed. If you want us to also remove sealed records from their sleeves, please ask.
