I hold on to a very few rules, please read them and do not place an order if they are inappropriate for you:
1) All used records are graded visually when listing; before sending the invoice I will check them aurally and you in case of any discrepancy.
2) All MINT records are new and usually are sealed, but I strongly recommend you to ask me to check them before shipping (to be sure they are flat and have no other pressing faults). Otherwise no complaints will be accepted.
I can ship your order with records separated from sleeves to avoid "seam split", but it has to be requested before, and so the record will be "unsealed".
Otherwise no complaints about "seam split" will be accepted.
3) I grade items conservatively and grade item as NEAR MINT only if I KNOW that the record was played not more than 2-3 times.
4) Sometimes (very rare) the record can be sold in the shop a few moments before your order, so I miss the chance to unlist them. I am sorry, but such things will sometimes happen as I sell a lot of records every day. If you want me to locate the record before placing your order - please me.
