GRADING:
Our grading is done under strong light and very conservative. Any faults will be noted in our comments. Records are graded both visually and by listening, which means that worn records graded VG or even VG- can sound very fine but will have significant surface wear. On a final note, since Discogs doesn't use the EX grade, all records that we grade as EX will be graded NM with EX mentioned in the additional comments.
GENERAL :
- Orders not paid within a week will be cancelled.
- We ship orders on Tuesdays and Fridays.
- Packing is done using sturdy parcels, with a number of inlays depending on value and destination. Records are shipped in plastic sleeves, record separated from cover to avoid seam splits.
- We don't take offers on our mail order! Please respect that our margins with selling records online are slim, especially with the ever-rising cost situation globally. Honor our asking price, thanks in advance!
- Occasionally a record might have sold in our physical shop or main website (www.recordmania.se) before we had the chance to synchronize the Discogs inventory. Or even worse, the record might have been misplaced or stolen in the shop. We apologize if that should happen and ask you very kindly not to leave a negative/neutral in this case.

SHIPPING :
- Shipping destinations outside of Sweden are divided into four zones:
1. Baltic (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania)
2. Zone 1 (Denmark, Finland, , Belgium, Netherlands, Luxemburg, Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Austria)
3. Zone 2 (, Bulgaria, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain)
4. Rest of the world (All remaining countries)
YOUR SHIPPING COST can be found by going to our store inventory, pressing "Ships From" then selecting your country of destination.
- Small orders (1-3 records depending on country, please see "Ships From" as per instructions above) and which are not exceeding 1000 Swedish SEK, will be shipped with regular untrackable airmail per standard. So IF YOU WANT A TRACKING NUMBER for these, you must YOURSELF SELECT the ed alternative when placing your order.
- For orders with a value of 1000 Swedish SEK or more, the ed alternative is mandatory and will automatically be selected when you place your order. Untracked economy mail cannot be chosen for these.
- LARGE ORDERS: If you want to order a large quantity of records (15-20+), you can ask us to adjust the shipping cost to the most precise before paying. Discogs' shipping calculator is always an estimate!
- MISSING ORDERS: Shipping times do vary a lot! Almost not a single record gets lost in the international mail, but some orders can (rarely!) take up to 2-3 months to arrive to their destination. Please bear this in mind, and at least wait 14 days before ing us about a missing record, thanks a lot!
