If you receive a parcel which is damaged or the records inside of the parcel are damaged it is important that the buyer himself opens a damage claim at his local shipper.
The recipient is the only one who is able to document the damages which have happened.
You'll be receiving a claim number which we can refer to on our side.
When we get the claim number you get refunded immediately.
If you return sealed records your get a full refund
If you want to avoid seam splits, we can open sealed records in order to pack sleeve and vinyl separately!
If we're not authorized to open sealed records by the buyer - the buyer takes the risk for seam splits and related defects.
In such cases the buyer is paying postage for returns.
Please let us know whether we shall open the sealing or not when you're ordering!
If you return unsealed records we will set a price for refunding based upon a full grading and test paying of the record.
For 2nd hand items: Inserts, OIS, cards, OBI etc. are only mentioned in the comments when they are there!
We try to give the most accurate description in the comments but can't start doing a research on which insets were included initially.
New items: It's getting more and more common that different editions (e.g. vinyl color) of a record are released with the same barcode.
Please let us know if the color of the record is important to you.
We'll open the sealing to the color of the record.
