[ Shipping Policy ]
Items are shipped from Japan to worldwide via the best shipping way in strong packages as always.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipment trouble except ed Airmail.

[ Ordering multiple items over 2 kg weight ]
We would pack the items in separate packages such as 1 x Up-To-2Kg-Package + 1 x Small-Package, etc depending on the weight.
In any case, we would inform you the very best reasonable price for shipping.

[ For Domestic customers ]
Normal Post is uninsured letter via Japan Post.
If you prefer ed Yu-pack, please add a description when you place orders. We will calculate the cost of shipping depends on actual size of packet and postal address.
Bank Transfer is also acceptable for Japanese customers only.

[ Grading ]
All items listed in our marketplace are graded as actual and reliable condition without overstatement, listening full of contents for testing and fulfilling the guideline for grading strictly on Discogs marketplace with the GOLDMINE STANDARD as below.

Due to large gap between VG+ and NM in current morality in Discogs grading (we are also buyers and often receive overstatement items today unfortunately as you also may face the same issues), we note EX+ or EX for the items listed in VG+ tier which are visually VG+ (or better enough to grade as VG++/VG+++) but sound NM or really close to NM as NM- from the viewpoint of audiophile.

Inserts / Booklet / Obi / Hype stickers for vinyl titles:
Described on comments section if those comes in/on/with the items.
Most of the case for hype stickers, those have been removed keeping the shape of the original forms and store them inside of the sleeves as same with inserts.

Shrinks:
Those packing have been basically removed to avoid any warping, staining, fogging or such damages and re-packed in re-sealable bags.

Replaceable standard/generic jewel cases for CDs or plastic case for cassettes are basically out of grading, except unique ones by specially customized by the artists or labels, including some kind of handmade editions.

We never list any kind of unplayable items (e.g. needle skips for vinyl / tangled tapes for cassettes / unloadable discs for CD) for sale in the marketplace.
