All have been extremely well treated over the years so it should come as no surprise that the ratings are a true reflection of the actual condition. All shipping costs are shown underneath each item considering shipping on a standard basis. Standard shipping is definitively more affordable in of cost, however, take into consideration I do not take responsibility for lost packages with this option. Therefore opting for ed shipping w/ tracking is available and is recommended at the time of ordering. It’s only possible to ship to Africa, the Americas, Asia, Oceania, the Antarctic, Italy, Romania, Slovenia, Russian Federation, and the Former USSR through ed mail.
Prior to paying invoices if there’s the need for shipping add-ons such as signed for or insurance, always first to calculate the extra cost. In case there is interest in other shipping methods than those listed please get in touch.
Considering returning/refunding, please keep in mind that in some exceptional cases and upon preliminary agreement with the buyer, a package can be returned and a refund will be issued. Nevertheless, the buyer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. Any possible damage that may occur after the delivery to the post office and during shipping from the post office to the final delivery address, caused and verified by the negligence of third parties involved in the procedure is not eligible for return/refund.
In most cases, it's possible to send 2 Jewel cases or 2 Digipacks (Regular versions) while benefiting from the shipping cost of 1 unit.
It's possible to ship without jewel cases to reduce shipping costs, but in this specific case, always first.
