I use safe packaging material, cardboard for vinyl, air cushion foil / envelopes for cds to make sure everything arrives safe. vinyl is shipped outside of jacket. If you need extra insurance please ask for it.
I ship once a week. So sometimes when you order items it will ship the next day or maybe even up to ten days later.
Orders from 40€ up must be shipped insured, unless you are a regular customer and ask for it.
All international letters/parcels that are not sent insured are sent on buyers risk, it works mostly fine but please consider signed/es/insured shipping as well.
i do not rate ordinary jewel cases.
