Especially if you want to order many items which may not be covered by my shipping settings or order items of mixed format (LP, 7", CD) or CD box sets. Or if you suspect shipping rate is too high. I can adjust shipping rate before you pay, but not after!

Yes, I remove the vinyl from the sleeve to avoid pressure & wear during transit (sealed records exempted).
For sealed records, there is no way I can guarantee the quality of the pressing or any manufacture faults or warp from storage conditions. Further I can not guarantee that there is no seam damage during transport. If you like I can after payment unseal it and ship outside sleeve for protection, I will then also inspect it for warp or damage and let you cancel the order if there is an issue. Please consider this if you are after a copy to play, and not an item that should stay sealed.
CD
- When I grade the CD sleeves i just grade the inlay and booklet not the actual jewel case if it's a generic one.
- I can send the CDs without jewel case to reduce shipping cost. In this case, I pack with cardboard to protect CD and artwork.

If the item does not match the description regarding condition or correct release I will of course make a full refund. If you need to return the record I will refund including return shipping when I receive the record.
