The buyer is responsible for return shipping. Any order that is not paid within 7 days will be automatically cancelled as a "non-paying buyer," which will affect your buyer rating. I will not "hold" your items any longer than that. Every previously loved record has been cleaned and placed in new inner and outer sleeves during initial processing. We try to grade as accurately as possible and playtest as often as we can, but not everything gets playtested. Previously loved records are stored and shipped out of the cover to avoid shipping splits. Shipments are tightly packaged with padding in cardboard mailers. I only ship once a week, usually on Monday or Tuesday. This means that it often takes 5-7 days before your order is shipped. If you have any concerns or issues with your order, address them directly by messaging me on the order page before leaving any . Grading mistakes happen, and item conditions change with travel and shelf wear. Any issues that I am made aware of will not go unaddressed; I will make it right. If I have not responded to you yet, odds are I will not see a "buyer not responding" notice and ban threat from Discogs. Feel free to send me a text message or email if you feel that I am not responding to the order page soon enough. I travel and am not always able to process orders immediately. However, it being unlikely due to changes in how I reconcile inventory, there is a chance that the item has been sold in a live setting, like at a show or through the website, etc. If I cannot locate the items immediately, understand that I am trying to locate them and get your order to you as soon as possible. It may take a week or more for an order to be processed, though the majority of the time it will be processed quickly. If you need to receive the order by a certain date, please note that on the order page. Do not expect that an order placed 10 days before Christmas will arrive in time, if at all, until you receive shipping confirmation. If an item is determined to be no longer available for purchase, you will receive an immediate refund.

Domestic Shipping is $6.99 for the first 2 items and $1.00 per additional item. Double albums count as 2 items, triple albums as 3, etc. You can also get free U.S. shipping when you spend more than $250.00.

Due to the rapidly deteriorating stability of global shipping (and our standing and reputation abroad) and being compelled to use PayPal's shipping which is not often explicit or even transparent about the financial responsibility and cost for certain duties, taxes, and fees which is then retroactively charged to the sender, as well as, the unfeasibility of having to monitor the rapidly changing postage costs for each country, I will no longer be shipping outside of the U.S. through Discogs until they create or integrate an automation that generates accurate and informative shipping qoutes.
