Hello potential customer,

We are a 54 year old brick and mortar record store based in Columbus, Ohio. We sell brand new, store stock vinyl and CDs direct from our distributors. We also sell used records, CD’s, and cassettes.

We try to respond to questions as soon as possible. That being said, we are a locally owned, independent business operating during normal business hours. Please do not panic if you don't get a response immediately. We've been around over 50 years and we're not going anywhere.

We will let you know as soon as possible if we do not have a title you ordered.
We are very customer service focused but we ask that you please, be cool.
Just let us know, we will work with you if there are issues with your order.

If payment is not received within 5 days orders are automatically canceled.

USED ITEMS
We offer photos by request of all used items, and test play all used items on high end devices before grading them accordingly.

COLORED LP's
We do not guarantee the color of LP's on sealed records (unless a hype sticker is present). We can open records prior to shipping to check color.

NUMBERED RECORDS
Unless noted in the item description, we do not tell what specific numbered copies we have of an item. We have a moving inventory and cannot guarantee we will still have or will pack the specific number that was quoted.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
All scratches and marks are noted in listings, we will not sell an item if marks affect playback.
We will not sell an item if we believe it is defective.

If you believe there is a defect please reach out and we will respond accordingly.
If the vinyl is warped it could be because of heat exposure during shipment. (See shipping , below)

*SHIPPING DETAILS:
We try our best to ship same-day but most orders ship within 3-5 business days from payment.

All vinyl is shipped with a plastic outer sleeve unless the shrink is sealed. If you’d like the vinyl removed from the sleeve for shipping, please request.

Sealed records can also be shipped in this fashion upon request.

We are not responsible for any damages caused during shipment. If there are any damages caused during shipment you must take it up with the shipment provider.

Larger orders will be packed appropriately with bubble wrap, inserts, or double boxing (we do what will best protect your particular albums). All items are packaged and shipped with LOVE!

DOMESTIC (U.S.) SHIPPING RATES
We offer $6 media mail shipping.
However, we do suggest upgrading your shipping to Priority Mail for more expensive items or if you need them quickly.
NOTE - In the event that the shipping cost ends up greater than what you were charged, we will send a PayPal invoice to you after confirming if you are still interested.

USPS Priority Mail* (About 2-3 business days, depending on location): $10 for CDs and $11 for LPs. We will weigh extra large orders to get an accurate price for you.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES (First Class International)
******All International shipping charges will be adjusted to include insurance.

****NOTE - In the event that the shipping cost ends up greater than what you were charged, we will send a PayPal invoice to you after confirming if you are still interested.

*RETURNS:
We will accept returns within 7 days for a refund on the cost of order items. Order items must be in the same condition that you received them. We do not refund shipping costs on orders that have been delivered. Refund totals are under our discretion, refunds are not guaranteed.

**If a shipment is returned to us by the post office, you will be responsible for paying the additional postage to re-send the shipment. It’s important to confirm that your Discogs shipping address is accurate and up-to-date.
