We are very careful when grading records but people sometimes don't seem to understand what the goldmine standard is.
For instance a VG does not mean "this item is so, so very goooood and shiny!". Instead, the goldmine standard refers to VG as a turd where "Surface noise will be evident" or "Labels may be marred by writing, or have tape or stickers" G+ is even worse. It may sound like it is better than good, but if you read the goldmine standard it really means piss poor. Get the point?
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Items that are damaged during transit or are the incorrect item, we will gladly give you a full refund. All we ask is that you send us a pic of the item so we can assess the problem before making it right for you. No holds please!
DELAYED DELIVERY
We are trying to perfect or telekinetic abilities as well in order to magically route packages faster to your destination. In the meantime, you must wait for the package to clear the couriers process. Nothing we can do about it. If you live outside of Europe it can take many weeks!
So, be patient. If you need an order yesterday, you should request a faster delivery (which we will gladly offer but costs A LOT MORE) or you'll have to find a way to get it some place else.
IF THE SHIPMENT IS RETURNED BECAUSE YOU WEREN'T FOUND AT HOME OR YOU DIDN'T TRACK IT AND YOU WERE PLAYING GOLF WITH YOUR FRIENDS. WE WILL REFUND YOUR PURCHASE, BUT IF YOU WANT IT BACK AT HOME YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY THE SHIPPING COST AGAIN.
