INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING charges differ from country to country. Place an order and I will invoice you for the exact amount but know that as of 01.08.21 the Discogs shipping system' has often automatically listed $0.00 as the Shipping Fee. THIS IS NOT TRUE. There is NO FREE SHIPPING.
It is best to ask for the price before placing an order. I'll need the destination country and the Postal Code. International orders are sent by the USPS First Class International Package service which is the least expensive way. Prices vary from $10.00 to 23.50 or more depending on the country, weight and number of CDs.
Feel free to request other shipping services of course. USPS tracking is free. Insurance* must be requested and is an additional charge and will be added to the shipping cost in the invoice. Multiple items (domestic US or international) incur one charge because I weigh the order and charge accordingly. Again, it is best to ask for the cost of shipping before ordering.

PACKING WITH CARE
All orders are packed with care. CDs are sent in durable cardboard mailers and sealed with clear shipping tape. Everything in a box is protected with bubble wrap. I want to see your order arrive intact.
PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS
Payment is accepted by PayPal. Prompt payment is not only encouraged, it is very much appreciated. Payments made late, after 7 days, automatically are cancelled and receive NEGATIVE . I don't like for this to happen so please keep up with your order(s).
FREQUENCY OF SHIPPING: I ship within 3 business days of receiving your order, usually faster. But sometimes life gets in the way. Note: I'm an old school shipper. I stand in line and give the package to a USPS employee. What this means is that when I provide you with a tracking number, the USPS is actually in possession of your package, not that I have generated a tracking number using a machine and your package may not actually get dropped off at the Post Office for several more days. You get your tracking number and the music is literally on the way.
I sometimes need to communicate with you about your item(s). While I know some people place an order and forget about it until it arrives, I try to provide personalized service as I am just an individual and not a business. That said, if you do not respond to a communication I send on the Discogs order page, I might try to reach you at the email address provided to either Discogs or Paypal.
CUSTOMS
The Buyer is responsible for any Customs fees in the destination country. Your order will be declared as merchandise, not as anything else or at a lesser amount to avoid Customs fees and/or taxes. If an item is returned as being undeliverable the item will be automatically returned to me and not declared to be abandoned Property. If this happens the Buyer will pay shipping costs for a second attempt at delivery.
PACKING
I do my best to pack your items securely to arrive undamaged. That said, sometimes even the best packing won't protect an item from damage while in transit. I am not responsible for damage incurred within transit to you. The Buyer should consider insurance for any order, especially an expensive order.
